Pierre Verville brings Pour une dernière voix to Cinquième Salle at Place des Arts on 26 and 27 November 2026. Both performances begin at 19:00. Presented as his farewell to solo shows, this French-language production brings together impressions, personal memories and live music.
A life told through familiar voices
The show begins with an imagined radio programme: unable to sleep, Verville becomes a presenter recounting his own life. Childhood memories and episodes from his career unfold alongside impressions of figures from Quebec culture. Co-written with Pierre-Michel Tremblay, the material reaches from the 1960s to the present. Musician Nadine Turbide accompanies him on stage. The people portrayed through his impressions are characters in the show, rather than an announced guest line-up.
Two evening performances and a 90-minute running time
Place des Arts lists a running time of 1 hour 30 minutes and a regular ticket price of C$55, including taxes and fees. Choose either Thursday 26 November or Friday 27 November when booking. Follow the official seller for current seats and prices, which may change, and check the date on your confirmation before planning the rest of your evening.
Check the route to Cinquième Salle
The venue is inside the Place des Arts complex, whose main entrance is at 175 Sainte-Catherine Street West. The hall’s own access information warns of a substantial number of stairs and no elevator. If stairs could affect your visit, speak to the box office before booking so that you can discuss your requirements. Allow time to find the correct hall within the complex.
