The marks people carry

Delisle connects the title with his own vitiligo, his unusual path and the attitudes he has encountered. Self-deprecation and resilience sit alongside their darker sides, while doubts and difficult experiences become another kind of mark left by life. His personal stories examine how someone who has been laughed at learns to make others laugh.
