Tickets and the 16+ entry rule

The venue publishes prices from AED 195 for Silver to AED 650 for Royal, including VAT. Gold, Diamond, Platinum and VIP are the intermediate categories. Check the seller’s seating plan, final total and current availability before paying. Every guest needs a ticket, and admission is restricted to ages 16 and over.

The event uses JAYB pouches for phones and smart accessories after tickets have been scanned. Guests keep possession of their devices and can use them only in designated areas. Photography and filming are prohibited. The seller displays doors at 20:00, while the arena says doors open 75 minutes before the show. Confirm the latest entry time with your booking or the venue.
